APARTMENT REVIEWS IN Colorado Springs

I've rented in dozens of places around the springs, and can say that I have been pleasantly surprised by my experience here at Featherstone. Craig was VERY helpful & went above and beyond what any property manager ever has for me. My move in was very fast! I was leaving a very toxic situation, and only had 2 days to get into a place! They worked around the clock cleaning, fixing, getting my apt ready for move in. Even gave me a box of goodies & tons of coupons for discounted stuff near me 🖤 Rent is affordable & paid easily. The complex has been very quiet since my move in and that was a nice change for me🖤 People seem to stay to thenselves, all staff I've met has been overly helpful. Maintenance even stayed late after their shift to help me find my lost car keys the day I moved in!

Absolutely love this place, I was new to the area and didn’t have a lot of my questions answered before I got there they were more than patient and helpful, super friendly and made sure I had everything I needed, the units were very clean and you could tell they were taken care of! Satisfied with my visit! And they will definitely be on my list for a second visit.

Love the place! I moved here from Michigan and have lived in a few not so decent places.. but I finally found somewhere I plan to stay (: It’s super quiet, clean, and the workers are so attentive. They got me in fast, easy, and the prices are perfect for me as a working college student. My papa is a renter and I am a huge critic but the company has been so great! The acceptance of pets is a plus (: 5 stars for sure.

I have found that after the management of this apartment came under Craig, my experience has been significantly more pleasant. I have had all issues addressed in a timely manner. I will say some of my neighbors seem to have no sense of responsibility, thinking the complex owes it to them to watch over its residence like an adult daycare.

Helpful management staff, Craig answered all of the questions that I had. Would recommend this complex to a friend.

Very friendly staff and always on their toes to help a resident in need. Great location and great asking price especially from where I came from. Happy all around.

This is a beautiful area. Everyone is so friendly and it is quiet. Jamie is helpful and kind. She does what she can for everyone that lives here.

Have not moved in yet. Looks like a great bungalow looking forward to livin'in Colorado
