APARTMENT REVIEWS IN Colorado Springs

First and foremost the manager Fernando is totally human, most of the time my experiences with apartment management is no less than a conversation with a robotic asstard...but besides the great manager, the apartments are super nice, with trees that keep it shaded. Seems pretty quiet also, and close to a lot of convenient places

I have lived here since February. So far the manager is nice and willing to help me out with this apartment. I was in a dangerous situation and he went out on a limb for me. He was able to get me in quickly. The maintenance guys.....well we need some more for just this complex. Otherwise they are kind and nice. The complex its self is quiet and pet friendly. So far no major incidents. Bug and rodent free.

Great big trees. Best shower in any apt in which I've lived. Manager, Gabby, is Wonder Girl. Not perfect (kitchen I'd do differently, uncovered parking, landscaping nice but could still use help, etc.). But quiet, no problem residents, a nice pool, enough closet space to prevent having to rent a storage unit, and people in maintenance have been quite helpful.

I regularly drive by the neighborhood for this property and I have to say... The community is well-maintained from the exterior. Clearly Maintenance gives a damn and so does the manager. Good job!

My husband and I have lived in our 1 bedroom apt. at Featherstone for over a year. We have never had to call maintenance for any reason. Our unit is insulated so well till the the small heater in the bathroom heated the whole house. There is no A/C but it stays cool with just the use of our livingroom and bedroom fans. It's always quiet, no parties and no loud music, swimming pool and pet friendly. You wil love it here. So come on over ask for Ms Gaby and be our neighbor!

Management is fair and open minded to solutions and the park in the backyard creates a nice atmosphere!
